The Tilley T5MO Organic Cotton Airflo Hat is one of our lightest weight hats, featuring a soft, sueded finish and a 3/4 inches mesh for great breathability. This organic cotton hat packs very well and regains its shape well after packing.

Each Tilley Hat is uniquely designed for ultimate comfort, temperature control, and durability through the seasons. All Tilley hats are hand-sewn, and all seams are lock-stitched to prevent unravelling.

The brim size is 2 5/8" front, 2 3/4" back, and 2 1/8" sides, with a weight of 3.5 oz / 99 g. The under brim colour is Olive for the Khaki hat, and the same as the body colour for all other hats.

The fabric is 98% certified organic cotton and 2% Spandex. Care instructions include machine wash delicate or hand wash cold with mild detergent, reshaping and air drying, and avoiding bleach, softeners, and ironing. The wind cord and foam should be removed from the crown pocket before washing.
